On this page
- We use your data only so that you and your coach can plan and log training; we never sell it or use it for advertising.
- Your heart rate and your weights are health data: we only process them with your consent.
- You can see, correct and delete your data. Deleting your account erases all of it, right away.
This summary helps you read the document; the full text is what applies.
1Who is responsible for your data
Ayron is operated by Gonzalo Perelstein, from Argentina ("Ayron", "we"). We are the controller of the database under Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law 25,326.
For any question about your data, write to support@ayron.app.
2What data we process
Data you give us
- Account: email, first name, last name and password. Our identity provider stores the password encrypted; we do not store it. If you sign in with Google, Google sends us your name and email.
- Preferences: your role (coach or athlete), language and theme.
- Training: planned workouts, activities you log, notes and comments, training zones and reference values (paces, power, threshold, maximum and resting heart rate, strength maxes and lifted weights).
- Teams: the teams, groups and invitations you create or accept.
- Feedback: what you write to us through "Send feedback".
Data we receive from third parties
- Strava: if you connect your account, the activities you record there (sport, date, duration, distance, pace, heart rate, power) and an access permission you can revoke at any time.
- Mercado Pago: the status of your subscription and of each charge, never your card details.
Data generated as you use Ayron
- App usage: pages you visit, buttons you tap, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP, without recording your screen.
- Notifications: the notices we show you inside the app.
3Health data
Heart rate, lifted weights and how your sessions felt can reveal information about your health. Data protection laws treat them as sensitive data or consumer health data, and so:
- We collect them and share them with the coaches of your teams only with your express consent, which you give us when you create your account.
- We use them only to calculate zones and to plan and show your training. We never sell them or use them for advertising.
- Only the providers in section 5 receive them, to deliver the service.
- Entering them is optional: Ayron works without them, though some metrics cannot be calculated.
- You can delete them at any time, and withdraw your consent by deleting your account.
Nobody is required to provide sensitive data. To request a copy of your health data, the list of who received it, or its deletion, write to support@ayron.app.
4What we use it for
- Providing the service: creating your account, saving your training and sharing it with your team.
- Charging subscriptions and managing the free trial.
- Improving Ayron by looking at how it is used in aggregate.
- Sending you service notices (plan changes, invitations, charges), never advertising.
- Keeping the service secure and complying with the law.
5Who else sees it
Your team
When you join a coach's team, that team's coaches see your workouts, activities, zones and reference values. If you leave the team, they stop seeing them. If you share a workout through a link, anyone with the link can see it.
Providers that help us operate
| Provider | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Vercel | Serves the web app. | United States and others |
| Hostinger | Hosts our database and sign-in. | Brazil |
| Sign-in with Google, if you choose it. | United States | |
| Mercado Pago | Processes subscription payments. | Argentina |
| Strava | Imports your activities, if you connect it. | United States |
| PostHog | App usage analytics. | European Union |
They receive only what they need for their task and cannot use it for anything else. We may also hand data to an authority when a law or a court order requires it.
6International transfers
Ayron is operated from Argentina and some providers process data in other countries, so your data may leave the country where you live. In those cases we require each provider to give a level of protection equivalent to this policy, through the contractual clauses that the applicable law requires.
7Minors
You must be at least 13 to use Ayron. Between 13 and 18, or the age of majority in your country if different, you need the authorization of your mother, father or guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13; if we learn we have, we delete it. A coach who adds a minor athlete to their team undertakes to have that authorization. If you are a parent or guardian and want to see or delete the data of a minor in your care, write to support@ayron.app.
9How long we keep it
We keep your data while you have an account. When you delete it, we erase your data right away. It may remain in backups for up to 30 days, and we keep payment records for as long as tax rules require.
What you planned for other athletes or shared with a team may remain available to that team, as explained when you delete the account.
10Your rights
Wherever you live, you can:
- Access your data and learn how we use it.
- Correct or update it.
- Delete it.
- Object to a particular use, or withdraw your consent.
- Take it with you: we give you a copy in a machine-readable format.
You can do almost all of it yourself in the app: edit your profile, delete activities or delete your account from "Account". For anything else, write to support@ayron.app. It is free, and we answer within the period your country's law sets, or within 30 days if it sets none. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can complain to your country's data protection authority.
11Depending on where you live
On top of the above, you have the rights your country's law gives you. These apply where Ayron operates.

We answer access requests within 10 calendar days and correction or deletion requests within 5 business days (Law 25,326).

- Your health data is governed by section 3, which serves as our consumer health data privacy policy. You can withdraw your consent and request its deletion at any time.
- We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
12Security
Connections are encrypted, the session lives in a cookie no script can read, and passwords are stored encrypted. No system is infallible: if we detect an incident affecting your data, we will let you know.
13Changes to this policy
If we change something important, we will notify you in the app before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.
