In short
  • Ayron helps you plan training and does not replace the advice of a health professional.
  • What you upload is yours; we keep it only so the service works.
  • Paid plans renew every month and you can cancel them whenever you want from the app.
  • You have 10 days after subscribing to withdraw, with no reason needed.

This summary helps you read the document; the full text is what applies.

1Acceptance

These terms govern the use of Ayron, operated by Gonzalo Perelstein from Argentina. You accept them when you finish creating your account. Together with the Privacy policy, they are the entire agreement between you and Ayron.

2What Ayron is

Ayron is a platform for coaches and athletes to plan, log and follow running, swimming, cycling and strength training.

Ayron is not a medical service. Zones, loads and metrics are estimates to guide training, not diagnoses. Consult a health professional before starting or changing a training plan, and stop if you feel pain or discomfort. Everyone trains under their own responsibility and that of their coach.

3Your account

  • You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority in your country, you need the authorization of your mother, father or guardian.
  • The information you give us must be true and up to date.
  • Your account is personal. Keep your password safe: what happens with your account is your responsibility, unless you tell us about unauthorized access.

4Coaches and athletes

Coaches are solely responsible for the plans they prepare and for their professional relationship with their athletes, including anything they charge outside Ayron. Ayron does not supervise or endorse those plans.

A coach who adds a minor athlete to their team states that they have the authorization of the athlete's mother, father or guardian, and may not add children under 13.

Whoever creates a team owns it: they decide who belongs to it, can transfer it to another coach on the team, and can dissolve it.

5Plans, free trial and payments

  • The free plan lets you see your own data but not plan. Paid plans differ in how many athletes they allow.
  • Each account gets a single free trial, on the plan of its choice. When it ends, charging starts unless you cancel before.
  • The price, currency and payment processor are shown before you subscribe (currently Argentine pesos with Mercado Pago). Plans renew and are charged automatically every month until you cancel them. The processor applies its own terms.
  • If we change a price, we notify you at least 30 days in advance. The new price applies from the following period.

6Cancellation and withdrawal

Cancellation: you can cancel your plan whenever you want from the app, through the same channel you subscribed with. When you cancel, you go back to the free plan and are not charged again.

Withdrawal: you have 10 calendar days after subscribing to a plan to revoke it without giving reasons or paying anything, or the longer period your country's law gives you (in Argentina, article 34 of Law 24,240). Write to support@ayron.app and we will refund the charge through the same payment method.

7Your content

The workouts, plans, activities and notes you upload are yours. You allow us to store, process and show them to whoever you decide (your team, or anyone with a link you shared) for the sole purpose of providing the service. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

What a coach plans for an athlete remains available to that athlete and to the team.

8Acceptable use

You may not use Ayron to:

  • upload illegal or offensive content, or content that infringes the rights of others;
  • access other people's accounts or data, or attempt to breach the security of the service;
  • copy, resell or extract data from Ayron by automated means;
  • overload the service or interfere with how it works.

9Third-party services

Google, Strava and Mercado Pago are independent services with their own terms. We are not responsible for how they work. If they disconnect or change their conditions, some Ayron features may stop being available.

10Availability

We work to keep Ayron running at all times, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or failures. We may change, add or remove features; if we remove something essential from a paid plan, we will tell you first.

11Liability

To the extent the law allows, Ayron is not liable for injuries or health problems arising from training, for coaches' decisions, or for indirect damages or data loss caused by third parties. None of this limits the non-waivable rights your country's law gives you as a consumer, including Argentina's Consumer Protection Law 24,240.

12Suspension and closure

You can delete your account whenever you want from "Account". We may suspend or close it if you breach these terms, telling you and explaining why, unless the law or the safety of other users prevents it.

13Changes to these terms

If we change them, we will notify you in the app at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree, you can cancel your plan and delete your account before they take effect.

14Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, without prejudice to the consumer protection rules of your country that cannot be waived by contract. Any dispute falls under the courts of your domicile.
